How would you describe the style of Fig & Birch?

Our style is a unique blend of modern and transitional style with a focus on light and airy spaces. We have an urban chic look that is an eclectic blend of modern, coastal, contemporary, farmhouse and organic. Check us out for yourself and tell us what you think!

 

Do you deliver?

Yes of course! We charge a flat rate of $159 per delivery for items not requiring assembly to anywhere within 20 miles of our store. Do you live outside of that area? We can give you a specific quote if you live outside of our standard service area.

 

Do you ship products out of state?

We ship our products throughout the U.S. and Canada. Shipping and delivery fees will apply and we are happy find the right company to delivery your items in a safe and timely manner. We can also arrange for white-glove delivery as well which includes assembly, placing the furniture in your home, and removal of all packaging materials.

 

Will my furniture come assembled?

Our delivery team will assemble items that require assembly.

If you prefer, you may pick up items at our store or warehouse. With appropriate lead time, we are happy to assemble your items free of charge. Please note that oftentimes it may be advisable to assemble items in-home as they will typically be more protected in their original packaging.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing at this time.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return on all in-stock items that are purchased in-store.

For special orders (i.e., those items not available in-stock & in-store at time of purchase) or custom orders (made-to-order and customized products) we do charge a 30% re-stocking fee for changes, cancellations or returns.

 

Do you get new merchandise in frequently?

At Fig & Birch, we are constantly changing the furniture and decor in our showroom. Our total collection could not fit in a showroom that is 10 times as large so we like to constantly bring in new introductions, bring back old favorites and display items we’ve never had on display. If you see something you like, it’s a good idea to grab as it won’t be around for long — and may not be back for a long time!

 

Can I purchase online?

Our website acts as an online catalog but does not support online purchases currently. You can call us directly and place any order over the phone. We are here from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm MST to help!

 

What is the typical lead time on products I order?

Lead times for furniture, decor and lighting will vary quite a bit depending on the item. Some of our stock is in our warehouse and can be delivered immediately. Other items generally range between 1 to 8 weeks depending on the availability and level of customization required.

 

Do you offer design services?

We offer complimentary design services through our staff of interior design associates. We are happy to offer opinions and insights into all aspects of your project and help you select the perfect pieces from our collection to complete your project. Call us today to schedule a consultation!
