CHAINSAW we take the last slice of the tree trunks we use for our live edge tables and fashion them to a base, score them with a chainsaw, then burn them with a blowtorch and seal them in matte lacquer. The result a stunning sculpture that is at once primitive yet sophisticated.
This piece is crafted from natural solid wood. Color and texture in wood will vary and natural holes and subtle openings add unique character to your piece. Wood "breathes" and it is normal for cracks to present themselves over time. This is not considered a defect.
